Vendor Application Details

  • Application Process: Ready to showcase your goods? Submit your application now!
  • Market Location: The vendor market is set up in an outdoor lot across from the Regent, featuring a bar and live music, promising heavy foot traffic.
  • Event Duration: Preference is given to vendors available for both days of this weekend event.

Costs and Facilities

  • Early Bird Fee: $225 for both days if booked by April 1st.
  • Standard Fee: $275 thereafter until capacity is reached.
  • Food Trucks: $250 for both days.
  • Facilities Included: Vendors receive a 6 ft table, two chairs, and a 10’x10’ space. Electricity is available on request.

Additional Information

  • Electricity and WiFi: Electricity is provided, but WiFi is not available.
  • Shared Booths: Sharing a booth is considered on a case-by-case basis. Applicants should apply together and indicate their interest in sharing.
  • Selection Notification: Vendors will be informed via email if selected, with a waiting list for others.
  • Legal Requirements: All vendors must be licensed businesses and are responsible for their own tax filings.
  • Insurance: Event insurance covers vendors, with a required waiver to be signed.
