About Broke LA

LA’s Discovery Festival for music, art, goods, and all that other stuff you love but don’t know about yet.

2017 will mark the 7th edition of BROKE LA, which has steadily grown from a modest 250-person show to a 6,000 person multi-vertical festival in 2016. LA's premiere discovery destination from music, comedy, & visual art, to food, makers, and wares, the event attracts thousands of Angelenos annually. 2017 attendance is projected at 7,000-10,000, up from 6,000 in 2016. Watch the 2016 Recap.

Our artists go on to grace the stages of FYF, Coachella, SXSW and other premiere destinations. Our vendors & small business partners go on to build cult audiences & national retail distribution.

The festival features indie, hip-hop, DJ, and comedy acts culled from an open-submissions process. In our commitment to our community, ticket and drink prices have maintained competitively low despite a fluctuating economy. We pride ourselves on premium, accessible experiences for the budget set.

The Next Big Thing starts here.
